Review Tribunal decisions are not published and are not otherwise available to members of the public. Each decision contains personal information
about the parties to the appeal, which is confidential according to Rule 12.1 of the
Review Tribunal Rules of Procedure. This means that the decision is protected and cannot be made available to the general public.
The following databases included on this site are in keeping with the confidentiality requirements of the legislation.

The CPP Book of Authorities database contains selected decisions made under the Canada Pension Plan (CPP). The database refers only to decisions made by the Pension Appeals Board, the Federal Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
- OAS Decision Summaries
The OAS Decision Summaries are a quick way to find summaries of Review Tribunal decisions and brief overviews of court judgements under the
Old Age Security Act. Decision summaries do not disclose any personal information about the parties to the appeal.
