We recommend that you do not include your Social Insurance Number (SIN) in any electronic correspondence. You may include your Appeal number which is located in the top right corner of all correspondence from our office.
Contacting Your Client Service Officer
If you have filed an appeal, the name of your Client Service Officer is on the letter we sent to tell you of your hearing date. To speak to your Client Service Officer directly, call the OCRT telephone number given above and ask for them by name.
