If you are contacting us about an appeal, please provide your name, address, telephone number and Appeal Number. When sending us information by mail, please include your Social Insurance Number (SIN).
If you have filed an appeal and wish to speak to your Client Services Officer directly, Call us and ask for them by name. The name of your Client Services Officer is on the letter we sent to tell you of your hearing date.
The OCRT invites your comments or questions about our Web site or services. If you have questions or would like to give us feedback, please send us an e-mail.
