90 Day Time Limit

To be able to appeal to a Review Tribunal, you must initiate your appeal with the OCRT within 90 days of receiving your Reconsideration decision from HRSDC. (Section 82, CPP)

If for some reason, you cannot meet the deadline, write to us as soon as possible. Explain why you cannot meet the deadline and ask for more time.
