Parties to an Appeal

Besides the Review Tribunal Panel Members, several people may participate in a Review Tribunal hearing. They are called the Parties to an Appeal, and include the following people:

  • Appellant
    The person making the appeal.
  • HRSDC Representative
    The Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, represented by a person from HRSDC.
  • Added Party (if any)
    A person who may be directly affected by your appeal, such as a spouse, former spouse, common-law partner or former common-law partner.
